Orbital Mechanics with Numerit Pro

Welcome

This web site contains Numerit Pro applications that can be used to solve a variety of technical problems in orbital mechanics.  This suite of programs can be used for practical aerospace mission analysis in the areas of orbit design, visibility and shadow prediction, lunar and interplanetary trajectory analysis, and orbital transfer.

Numerit Pro is an integrated problem-solving environment (IPSE) for Windows that is inexpensive (only $99), yet powerful and easy to use.  This software environment includes a program editor, equation editor, report writer, debugging features and interactive graphics.  The Numerit Pro programming language is a high level structured language similar to Fortran, BASIC and MATLAB.  Additional information about Numerit Pro, including an evaluation version for download, and the free NumRun run-time program, can be found at www.numerit.com.

The cost of the source code for this software suite is $129.  It can be ordered using the secure and flexible e-commerce services provided by PayPal (www.paypal.com).  PayPal accepts online payments by credit card and a PayPal account is not required to make a purchase.  Before purchasing the software, please read the license agreement.  After placing your order, you will receive an email within 24 hours with a password that will permit you to extract the source code and any support data files.  This password protected zipped file can be downloaded here.

The following text files summarize the functions available in the Ephemeris and Orbit source code libraries provided with the purchase of the Orbital Mechanics with Numerit Pro software suite.
